Orders & payment

When you place an order on our site, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We accept debit cards, credit cards, USSD, and bank transfer. We do not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at orders@aadun.co and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & refunds

Please read our full Refunds & Returns Policy at aadun.co/refunds-returns before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our returns policy.

In summary: unopened products may be returned within 7 days for store credit. Opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Our perfume oils and botanical teas are formulated for general use. If you have specific skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns, consult a medical professional before use. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from individual sensitivities.
