Returns and Exchanges (Products)
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Perfume oils and diffusers must be unused and sealed.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
📩 To initiate a return, email returns@aadun.co with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened perfume oils
- Sample kits
Refunds (Products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Donations (Scent for School Initiative)
All donations made to our Scent for School campaign are voluntary and non-refundable.
We deeply value your support and ensure that every contribution is used transparently to provide school essentials for girls in Nigeria.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 24 hours at support@aadun.co and we will review your request.
